Indoor Fall League at the Capital News Centre October to December Thursdays 5:45 and 6:45 pm

Indoor Winter League at the Capital News Centre January to mid April Thursdays 5:45 and 6:45 pm
 
Outdoor Spring League at the Mission Sports Field Artificial Turf mid April, May and June

Summer Fitness and Fun July and August on Monday nights 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm 

Junior Skills and Games - Twelve week program from October to January - Saturdays 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm  at the Capital News Centre on Gordon Drive - for players under 14

Learn to Play -  for players 10 to 12 years old - run by parent/volunteers 7:30 pm Thursdays during July and August

ANNUAL MIXED FESTIVAL
The Okanagan Valley Field Hockey Association hosts the 'Lake and Bake' annual mixed festival on the August long weekend.  Unfortunately the 2011 event had to be cancelled - please plan early for 2012
